3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. User Obligations

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or activities that infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Not share their login credentials with third parties and be responsible for all actions under their account.
• Comply with the rules of the social networks integrated with the Platform.

3.2. Platform Rights and Obligations

The Platform undertakes to:

• Ensure the service operates in accordance with its description.
• Protect the confidentiality of User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Has the right to suspend or block access to an account if the User violates these Terms.

4. Financial Terms and Subscriptions

Access to certain Platform features may be provided on a paid basis under a subscription model. All prices are listed on the services page and may be changed with notice to active Users.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled by the User before the end of the billing period. Refunds for unused periods are only possible in cases expressly provided by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Content published by the User through the service and its compliance with social network rules.
• Actions of third parties, including social networks integrated with the Platform.

The maximum aggregate liability of the Platform to the User is limited to the amount paid by the User for services over the last 6 months.

6. Termination of Use

The User may stop using the Platform at any time by canceling their subscription and deleting their account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any User without prior notice in case of a severe or repeated violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are published, you agree to the new version of the Terms.

Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated via the email address in your account or through a notification in the Platform interface.
